Not 1 Data Center - 10 Massive Data Centers for 1 Campus

The Amazon Open House revealed some of the initial designs for the project. You will see that their first picture of the proposal includes at least 10 structures. The circled text at the bottom of the image is Vans Valley Road.

The second image zooms out to give perspective on the development. Note that the initial proposal is NOT the entire acreage of land owned by Amazon, but rather, only a portion to be included in Phase 1 of their development. Amazon also owns the parcel of land north of the 10-building development to the right of the electric substation, leaving the potential for further data center development on the Amazon site.

Notice the pink circles around the map and the large pink zone in the top left corner of the second image. These are all residential homes that will potentially neighbor a minimum 10-building data center campus. What you do not see is the new residential neighborhood - Miller Farms - that would be located in the bottom left portion of the map. This new development will have nearly 350 homes when completed. All of these homes will be <1 mile from the proposed development.
