Big Walnut for Responsible Development exists to educate, engage and empower residents on development decisions that affect the Big Walnut community.
We believe residents benefit from access to understandable information, original source documents and meaningful opportunities to participate in decisions that shape their community.
What We Believe
Transparency. Important development decisions should be understandable and accessible to the public.
Responsible planning. Growth should consider infrastructure, neighboring properties, schools, public services and long-term community impacts.
Public participation. Residents should have meaningful opportunities to understand and participate in decisions affecting their community.
